The Journey Toward the Self: Between Obstacles and Clarity

Life is a succession of thresholds, and sometimes we find ourselves stuck before one. In those moments, giving up is not an option, yet pushing forward at any cost can become a form of exhaustion. You might ask yourself: “Am I moving in the right direction? Is this obstacle a sign to stop, to turn back and reclaim something lost, or simply to change my pace?”

Some obstacles are, in fact, mirrors; others are opportunities disguised as difficulties. To decipher them, you don’t need “recipes,” but rather an open mind and a space for lucidity and meaning.

A Space for Critical Reflection

I do not offer quick fixes or promises of “instant healing.” In a world of rigid institutions and superficial spirituality, I offer a context for analysis for those who feel that current structures can no longer contain their depth or their values.

I am a dialogue partner and a reflective anchor. My role is to activate your inner strength and to walk alongside you toward your chosen goal. I can inspire you, but the journey belongs to you—you are the one who traverses the path, in your own organic rhythm.

Who is this process for?

I primarily accompany women standing at the intersection of different worlds or identities, who are navigating:

  • Profound life transitions: Divorce, radical career changes, or the reconstruction of identity.
  • Alienation and disorientation: The feeling of no longer fitting into current social or professional systems.
  • Moral exhaustion: Disillusionment with empty promises and the need to regain genuine autonomy.
